It is hot in Spain today, here in the centre.

Today is Saturday, a different day of yesterday, Friday.

Steamed potatoes, glutén, chocolate and more and more and more. Stomach, liver, heart. Walking in the street and all people smoking, leaving their toxicity, polluting air. Always a hanky in my hand to avoid it, at times too late for it. Water, water in the park, so refreshing. Exercises. There are many cars, running by. Running over the zebra crossing.

Pillows are excellent tool for protection purposes.

The unbearable noises, I wrote about it, I want them to stop. And that horrible smell to cooked dead animal, stop it, someone should stop it.

I opened my hand to receive notes and it has been slapped it.

Breakfast, chestnut milk with hot water, crispy cereals, pears, kefir. Almonds, coconut chips, date banana and a sojamatic, to have a drink beforehand. Corn lettuce, arugula, watercress, carrot leaves, fennel leaves, spinachs, parsley, any green leaves, leek, garlic, ground turmeric, ground black pepper, avocado, flax oil, water and a vitamix. To me the plant-based food, as a sweet ham, or no-tuna, are delicious because their no animal taste or smell. Although I want them organic and soya free. And bread, today I have learnt to do it from quinoa and chia seeds.

From library, 5GBs per month, that is. I start an online course this Monday and I have appointment, 2 more appointments.

For breakfast: Almonds, almond milk, nutritional yeast, agar-agar, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, marjoram, olive oil. Because I eat vegan cheese for breakfast. Bread: Teff flour, psyllium husk powder, salt and baking soda. For lunch: Sweet potatoes, green asparagus, olive oil, salt, pepper, kale or any cabbage, basil leaves, cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil. At times a cake is delicious: Bananas, oats, nut butter, carrot, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, agave inulin, chestnut milk, pecans, raisins, greek plant-based yogurt. Kombucha always or kefir of water. And from time to time, as a snack, among meals, wraps, delicious wraps, sweet or savoury.

Drinking water. Fresh salad as most of my days. Courgettes, it has been reported that in Spain they have been grown with too much poisonou; vegetable broth, cumin and water. Crispy buckwheat biscuits.

How is named the state that one reaches when in meditation? Alpha state. It is unknown to me whether I reach alpha state, only I know that it is wonderful, 1 hour and 15 minutes in that marvellous state. And 15 minutes more in alternate breathing technique. More yoga postures and more alpha state with different stretching exercises.

I am going to be or I am grandmother, in June, I say June to be sure. Because there is no rush, as soon as it is inside is perfect, it will come in this world, whenever it wishes.

Have you tasted steamed artichokes? I love eating their hearts. My memories when I was a little girl, with my aunty. But it has been recently that I have started to cook it for myself, steamed, of course. Then I cut the stem and peeled it, the small outer leaves and the peaks, out to a bin. Firstly I ate leaves, treaming them with my teeth, one by one. And after 1 or 2 steamed artichokes more, I started to eat its heart first, so beautiful, sweet and excellent for liver although I ate its leaves with olive oil. I eat one at a time, because it is so satisfying. Artichoke, I love artichokes, also I love that story of children’s book about an artichoke lady who used to bath in a pond. Yes, I have started to eat artichokes because of that story, it is so identifying.

Also today I have eaten yesterday’s chickpeas leftovers, cabbage, carrots and of course firstly of all, salad, with greens (corn salad, rocket and watercress) today, a big day today because I could shop greens for my salad. Gluten, I have eaten gluten and dairy products. Sure you are aware that I am an organic, vegan, gluten-free lady. Yes.

Walking to and fro, walking from room to library, from library to room, walking with all the weight of my notebook, cables, all because my passion is writing, because today my passion is writing and making connections in www.

It is lunch time, so lovely walking outdoors with warm weather, and working in library. A job, reading job descriptions, reading, connecting, RRHH people, while listening podcasts. Brushing my teeth, brushing my teeth, wanting to restablish my dental cavities, you know, dental cavities, caries are the result, the consequences of my emotional states, angry, mood, frames of mind. Caring about my mood, meditation, breathing, breathing, relaxation, relaxation, stretching exercises. Cold water, at times freezing, in my mouth, learning to tolerate my mouth rinses with freezing water.

A big wok breakfast at half: buckwheat with fruit, cinnamon, ginger. And clothing, getting dressed with wanted clothing.
